Please read it carefully and if you were resent on any of the days mentioned please follow the recomendations

As we discussed, it would be very helpful if you could send out a reminder email to your club members. If you could please remind them that if they had been at the club on the dates of the 15th, 16th, 17th, 19th, 20th 22nd and 24th of December then they to get tested and isolate until the results of the test have come back as negative.

If they have any symptoms at all – even just a mild runny nose or slight cough then they need to get another test, continue to isolate, and contact Healthline on 0800 358 5453 or their GP. They could also register as a close contact on the Ministry of Health’s location of interest website.

Welcome to your friendly local club. Formed in 1943, the Mount Maunganui RSA has been located conveniently at our current premises on Maunganui Road since 1968.

We proudly invite you to share with us our full amenities, which grew from the enthusiasm of a few, so many years ago and the friendly atmosphere of those with a common bond still prevails.

The Mount Maunganui RSA offers a full restaurant and caf’e plus plenty of weekly and weekend entertainment. We have a number of sport and social clubs, a library, monthly newsletters full of event information and a full bar and courtesy bus.


Monday – Friday   10am-5pm


Monday/Tuesday: 11am-9pm
Wednesday/Thursday: 11am-10pm
Friday/Saturday: 11am-11pm
Sunday: 11am-8pm

Recently refurbished and with an outdoor deck, Munro’s s a beautifully presented fully licensed restaurant with cafe facilities and with seating for up to 130 persons plus and a further facility for 60 plus for smaller groups if required. A large range of food and beverage is now available from bistro meals to light cabinet offerings including a large range of espresso coffee, tea and frappes.

Bookings for groups need to be reserved in advance, this for convenience of other members and to assist the chef.
The Restaurant has a bright light look with its indoor/outdoor ambience and a spacious feel about it.

The courtesy bus runs to downtown Mt Maunganui and Papamoa On Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays from 3pm, (and by arrangement other times) leaving the Clubrooms on the hour. To arrange a courtesy bus pickup, phone 0274 776 178

Jackpot Draw Starting Wednesday 8th December
New Jackpot Draw
Jackpot draw will start at $100 and accumulate by $100 per day on Wednesday Thursday and Friday evenings for a total of thirteen weeks finishing on Friday the 24th of February 2022 In the event of the jackpot being struck during this time it will recommence at $100 the following draw date and end on the same date with whatever amount has been accumulated
Upon reaching the 24th of February it the Jack pot has not been struck during this time the sum of $3900.00 will be split into three draws
All these draws are for financial members of the Mount Maunganui RSA only on the final night all members present will be obliged to scan in on the computer supplied to be in the draw. All draws will be undertaken after the Speaking of the ODE
